提出了真空精馏系统操作优化方案,对流程进行稳态模拟计算,并进行火用分析,建立以处理单位质量原料的成本最低目标的优化设计模型.进而调整精馏塔塔顶压力、进料负荷、塔顶冷凝器出口副产蒸汽压力、再沸器导热油温度等操作参数,以达到优化流程参数的目的.结果表明,当塔顶压力达到10 kPa,精馏塔进料量可以增大到37501kg·h-1,此时处理单位质量原料的费用最低,优化流程的成本比原工况减少17.0 %.
An optimized scheme of vacuum distillation system was presented. We study the optimization of the process using Aspen Plus simulation software for the steady simulation and exergy analysis. And a mathematical model is established with an objective function of "The lowest cost for separating per unit mass of raw material". The pressure of distillation, the feed flowrate, the pressure of steam from condenser and the temperature of thermal oil to reboiler can be adjusted tooptimize the parameter of process. The numerical performance shows that when the pressure of distillation increases to 20 kPa and the feed flowrate increase to 37501kg·h-1, process with adjusted operating parameters can save the cost by 17.0%.
