针对鄂南地区难动用致密砂岩油藏水平井分段压裂裂缝形态复杂、直井压后效果差、易形成水平缝等技术难点,通过施工排量、平均砂比、加砂量、前置液比例等缝网压裂施工参数优化,开展了水平井缝网压裂工艺研究。泾河13井长8油层的现场应用表明,压裂后均形成了缝网,从实践上验证了缝网压裂施工技术的正确性。该技术的成功应用,较好地解决了低渗砂岩储集层易形成水平缝的问题,实现了鄂南地区水平井缝网压裂工艺的技术突破。
The hydraulic fracturing technology can barely be adopted in the multi - stage fractured horizontal wells in South Hubei, because there exists complex fracture morphology. After vertical well fracturing, low productivity is shown, and horizontal seam form easily. This research carries on network fracturing for horizontal well by optimizing the construction parameters, such as construction displacement, average sand ratio, sand rate, proportion of liquid front, etc. Field application of Jinghe 13 well of Chang 8 reservoir illustrates that the joint network is formed after fracturing and the correctness of joint network fracturing operation is verified in practice. The successful field appli-cation of this technology better solves the problem of forming horizontal seam easily in the low permeability sand-stone reservoir, and achieves a technological breakthrough of network fracturing for horizontal well in South Hubei.
