利用现代柴油机全气缸取样试验平台,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC—MS),对现代柴油机燃烧过程中多环芳香烃的形成历程进行了探索性研究。研究结果表明,PAHs总质量随曲轴转角呈单峰分布规律,峰值出现在上止点后10-13°CA之间,燃烧后期,约60%以上的PAHs被氧化燃烧,且随着发动机转速和共轨压力(喷油压力)的升高,PAHs总质量呈下降趋势。此外,各种PAH的生成量与PAHs生成量的变化规律基本一致。
With total cylinder dumping system, the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) during combustion process of modern diesel engine were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The analytical results indicate that the total PAHs mass gives the unimodal distribution versus the crank angle, and the peak value occurs at 10-13°CA ATDC. Over 60% of total PAHs mass is oxidized in the late combustion phase. It is also found that the increase of fuel injection pressure or the engine speed can result in the loss of PAHs mass. In addition, the distribution curves of individual PAH mass versus the crank angle is in accord with that of the total PAHs.
