首先给出了基于VERICUT的虚拟仿真实现过程。其次,将Pro/E环境下建立好的XH147加工中心各部件的几何模型导入到VERICUT中,并根据机床的实际结构及运动关系建立组件树,从而建立了虚拟的XH714加工中心模型。最后应用此虚拟加工中心对某一零件进行了仿真加工,并进一步对刀位轨迹进行优化,最终获得优化的NC代码。仿真结果证明了基于VERICUT的虚拟加工的正确性、实用性和有效性,大幅度提高了加工效率和加工质量,为降低加工成本提供了有效的途径。
Firstly, we present the virtual simulation process based on VERICUT. Secondly, the established geometric models for all components of XH147 machining center in Pro/E environment are imported into VERICUT. Furthermore, the virtual model of XH714 machining center is created according to the component tree between the actual machine structure and movement. Finally, simulation process for a certain part is executed based on the established virtual machining center, and the optimal NC codes are finally obtained by optimizing tool path. The simulation result has validated the correctness, practicability and effectiveness of virtual machining by using VERICUT. Meanwhile, the processing efficiency and processing quality are improved significantly which provides an effective way to reduce processing costs.
