本研究通过对12个企业的120名中层管理者的开放式访谈和对全国34个城市203家企业的2796个中层管理者的问卷调查，研究了影响我国企业中层管理者管理效率的管理环境因素。通过对开放式访谈资料的归纳和对调查问卷所做的因素分析，表明影响我国企业中层管理者管理效率的管理环境因素主要可以归总为五个层面上的19个环境因素。
英文摘要：
The paper investigates the factors that influence the effectiveness of middle level managers through the open interview made with 120 middle level managers from 12 enterprises and the questionnaire administrated to 2796 middle level managers from 203 enterprises in 34 cities. According to the results, there are 19 factors from five aspects which influence the effectiveness of middle level managers.
