This paper analyzes the handwriting of Chapter Wu Wang Jian Zuo Recorded in Volume VII of Bamboo Strip Manuscripts Collected by Shanghai, and propose that the chapter was written by three transcribers, A, B and C. Strip 1 to Strip 9, Strip 10 （from the 16th to the 25th characters）, Strip 11 and Strip 12 （from the 1st to the 19th characters） were written by A; Strip 12 （from the 20th character to the end） to 15 were written by B; while the last three characters of Strip 10 were written by C. The whole chapter includes two parts： part I, from Strip 1 to Strip 10; part II, from Strip 11 to Stripl5. The two parts are two distinct versions of a same text.
