根据管材挤压实验建立了适合于ZK60镁合金管材挤压变形时的材料本构关系模型。对ZK60镁合金进行了管材热挤压实验研究。根据管材热挤压实验数据以及Arrhenius型材料本构模型,确定了适合于ZK60镁合金管材挤压变形时的材料本构关系模型,该本构关系模型的计算相对误差小于9.2%,本文确定的本构关系模型的适用温度范围为270-330℃,应变速率范围为1.29~5.15s-1。
A constitutive model of ZK60 Magnesium alloy based on extrusion test was determined according to the value of extruded data. The tube extruded test of ZK60 magnesium alloy was researched. According to the extrusion test da- ta and the Arrhenius equation, the constitutive model of ZK60 magnesium alloy based on extrusion test was deter- mined. The relative errors between calculation results of the model and experiment results are less than 9. 20/40. The suitable conditions of the constitutive model of ZK60 magnesium alloy are that the temperature is 270 - 330℃ and strain-rate is 1.29 - 5.15 s-1.
