节能减排是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,如何客观测度各地区二氧化碳的影子价格,为科学制定节能减排政策提供依据,具有重要的理论与现实意义。基于SBM模型研究了考虑能源消费结构约束下我国省域2005年~2012年二氧化碳的影子价格,并与在未考虑能源消费结构下的结果以及基于方向性距离函数模型的结果进行对比分析。计算结果表明:经济发展水平较高地区的二氧化碳影子价格要高于欠发达地区;在是否考虑能源消费结构下各地区的二氧化碳影子价格差异较大,这反映出能源禀赋对二氧化碳的影子价格有很大影响;整体上基于SBM模型的二氧化碳影子价格要低于基于方向性距离函数的影子价格。
Energy conservation and emission reduction are the essential ingredients of China's ecological civilization construction, so how to objectively measure the shadow price of carbon dioxide in each area and provide foundation for scientifically formulating energy conservation and emission reduction policy have significant theoretical and realistic meaning. This article studies the provincial shadow price of carbon dioxide within 2012-2015 by considering the restraint of energy consumption structure based on SBM model, and takes comparative analysis of the result of non-considering energy consumption structure and result based on directional distance function model. The calculation indicates that: the shadow price of carbon dioxide in developed economic zone is higher than that in underdeveloped zone. The difference in shadow price of carbon dioxide in each zone is larger by considering the energy consumption structure or not, which reflects that energy endowment has larger impact on shadow price of carbon dioxide, overall, the shadow price of carbon dioxide based on SBM model is lower than that based on directional distance function.
