为了揭示大柳塔煤矿采空区动力失稳机理,保证生产安全,采用现场调查、实验室试验和理论分析相结合的方法,对大柳塔煤矿开采过程中出现的大范围垮落动力失稳现象进行了系统研究。首先基于1^-2煤的赋存环境与地层构造调查与分析,利用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及声发射仪等,对1^-2煤地层的岩性组分显微结构特征、物理.力学性质及变形特征、煤岩微观与宏观断裂特征进行了综合实验;然后定性分析了在重力和冲击载荷作用下的采空区动力失稳规律与机理。研究结果为6m厚煤层一次采全厚形成的大尺度采空区大范围失稳的预报与最终安全控制提供了定性和定量化依据。
In order to ensure safety of mining production, study on mechanism of dynamic destabilization in Daliuta Coal Mine was carried out. A combined method of field investigation, laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis was used for the study. Firstly, based on investigation and analysis of burying condition and stratum structures of No. 1^-2 coal seam, experimental studies on composition and micro structures, physical and mechanical properties, micro and macro deformation and fracturing characteristics were completed using microscope, diffractive apparatus and acoustic emission technique. Then, the regularity and mechanism of dynamical destabilization under gravity and impact loading condition were analyzed. The above research results provide a solid basis for prediction and control of large-scale destabilization in the mine.
