基于2013年长江三角洲地区代表性城市生产性服务业与雾霾天气的数据，运用因子分析法和灰色关联度分析法并借助Matlab 软件，对这些城市的生产性服务业与雾霾天气相关性进行实证分析。将分析结果与长江三角洲地区的实际情况相结合，给出相关产业结构调整及雾霾天气治理的政策建议。
英文摘要：
Based on data of producer service industries and hazy weather in the year of 2013 in major cities of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper made an empirical study on the correlation between producer services andhazy weather by means of factor an alysis, grey relation analysis and with the help of Matlab software. The analysis results were then used to solve the actual problems existing in Yangtze River Delta, suggesting related industry structural adjustments and policy solutions to the hazy weather.
