According to the uncertainty of multiple attribute group decision-making of interval two-tuple linguistic evaluation information, by considering the distribution of interval two-tuple linguistic variables, three kinds of utility function about two-tuple linguistic information and utility distance measure of interval two-tuple linguistic information are defined, then we discuss basic properties of the utility distance measure. And based on the new distance measure two operators are developed. interval two-tuple linguistic utility deviation weighted aggregation（ITUD-WA）operator and two-tuple linguistic utility deviation ordered weighted aggregation（ITUD-OWA）operator. Additionally, an application of these developed operators to a multiple attribute group decision-making problem is given, and a real example is provided to show the effectiveness and applicability of the new method.
