为了研究低速撞击下颗粒炸药的点火燃烧特性,对落锤实验装置进行改进,由落锤直接撞击炸药样品改为由落锤先撞击上击柱,再由上击柱对颗粒炸药样品进行加载,结合数字高速相机,全程记录了环四亚甲基四硝胺(cyclotetramethylenete-tranitramine,HMX)颗粒炸药在低速撞击条件下的响应过程。通过改变落锤下落高度,研究了撞击速度对HMX颗粒炸药低速撞击响应过程的影响。结果表明:撞击速度越高,颗粒炸药更容易发生点火燃烧;撞击速度越低,颗粒炸药更容易发生喷射。
To investigate ignition and burning properties of granular explosives under low velocity impact,a modified drop-weight system is established.Instead of being impacted directly by the drop-weight,the sample is impacted by the upper anvil which was first impacted by the drop weight.Based on this improved drop-weight system,the ignition and burning processes of HMX(cyclotetramethylenete-tranitramine)granular explosives are recorded by a high-speed camera at the microsecond time scale.The influences of impact velocity on the low velocity impact responses of HMX granular explosives are investigated by changing the drop-weight falling height.The experimental results indicate that for higher impact velocity,the explosive tends to ignition and burning instead of ejection.Under lower impact velocity,the explosive tends to jetting instead of ignition and burning.
