粉煤灰制备沸石负载氧化铜处理酸性大红GR废水

中文摘要:

以粉煤灰为原料,用碱熔-水热合成法制备沸石并负载氧化铜处理酸性大红GR废水。采用正交试验法考察了m(灰)/m(碱)比、m(灰)/m(水)比、煅烧温度和晶化时间对出水中色度和COD指标的影响,并确定了沸石制备的最佳工艺条件为m(灰)/m(碱)比1.2:1、m(灰)/m(水)比1:9,焙烧温度500℃和晶化时间10 h。将最佳条件下制备的沸石负载氧化铜并与过氧化氢联合催化氧化处理酸性大红GR废水,获得了满意的结果:出水中色度和COD指标达到25(稀释倍数)和105 mg.L-1,分别低于纺织染整工业污染排放标准GB 4287—92规定的一级和二级排放标准。制备的沸石经XRD表征,确定为NaA型沸石相。

英文摘要:

The study on the preparation of zeolite with coal fly ash as raw materials by alkali melting-hydrothermal synthesis method and the treatment of acid red GR wastewater by the zeolite loaded copper oxide was carried out.The effects of ratio of ash to alkali,ratio of ash to water,calcination temperature and crystallization time on the color and COD indexes in effluent were investigated,and the optimum zeolite preparation conditions were determined as:m(ash)/m(alkali) of 1.2:1,m(ash)/m(water)of 1:9,calcination temperature of 500 ℃ and crystallization time of 10 h.The zeolite synthesized under the optimum conditions was used,as a carrier,to load copper oxide for the wastewater treatment with hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizer,and a satisfactory result was obtained with color index of 25(diluent fold) and COD index of 105 mg·L-1 in effluent which are separately below the primary and second standards regulated in the "Dyeing and Finishing Industry Pollution Discharge Standards GB 4287"issued by chinese government.The synthesized zeolite was confirmed to be NaA type of zeolite phase by XRD measurement.
