研究了一种基于FPGA的高速压电板形仪信号采集与无线传输系统,利用模拟多路开关和高速A/D转换器实现多路模拟信号的实时采集,用FPGA实现多路开关和A/D转换器的控制时序,并在FPGA内部实现数据的缓存和实时处理,最后通过无线发射送到接收端获得各个传感器信息。实验研究表明:该系统的信号采集与处理速度能够满足最高转速为2 400 r/min、10个板形检测点的高速压电板形仪信号采集与无线传输系统需求,目前该信号采集系统已经在某型号板形仪中进行联合调试,运行效果良好。
A signal sampling and wireless transmitting system for high speed piezoelectric shape meter based on FPGA was designed in this paper.An analog multiplexer and a high speed A/D converter were used to realize real time multi-channel analog signal sampling.The FPGA system was responsible for the multiplexer and A/D converter control,data cache and processing.Then, the results were transmitted to the industrial computer with wireless system.The experimental results show that the FPGA system can satisfy the sampling and transmitting demands of a high speed piezoelectric shape meter with 10 channel piezoelectric sensors, which works at 2400 r/min.And the FPGA signal sampling and processing system has debugged in a particular shape meter,proving the operation effect.
