为了充分利用电厂烟气余热,针对1 000 MW超超临界机组,设计了一个由3组省煤器和2组空气预热器组成的烟气余热集成利用系统。其中一组省煤器用于保持锅炉进口温度不变,以减少锅炉的改造量;前置式空气预热器在确保进入脱硫系统的烟气温度满足要求时,还可以部分利用烟气余热。通过迭代法确定3个省煤器的最佳进出口温度,假设系统给煤量保持不变计算出发电功率为1 014.13 MW,即在额定工况下系统节煤量达到最大值为3.699 g/(k W·h),机组年节约标煤2.09万t。
In order to make full use of the flue gas waste heat in power plant,taking a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit as the object of study an integrated system composing of three economizers and two air pre-heaters of flue gas waste heat is designed. No. 1 economizer is set to ensure the boiler import temperature unchanged so as to reduce the transforming workload of boiler; the front-loading air pre-heater are set to ensure that flue gas temperature entering the desulfurization system to meet the requirements,and part of the flue gas waste heat can be made full use of. The optimal temperatures of three import and export of economizers are taken by adopting iterative methods,and the new generation power is calculated as 1 014. 13 MW by assuming that coal supply of new system remains the same with the original system; in other words,the largest section of coal is 3. 699 g/( k W·h) under the rated conditions,which saves 20. 9thousand tons of standard coal every year.
