首先采用有限元法建立了双面粘贴压电元件的悬臂梁驱动装置的理论模型,并通过实验验证了理论分析的可行性。然后,利用有限元软件建模的方便性,计算分析了粘贴层和压电层性质(弹性性质和尺寸大小)对驱动器与结构材料之间变形传递关系的影响。
The finite-element method (FEM) is used to model a cantilever beam with surface bonded actuators and analyze the deformation transfer factors between the actuator and the substrate. The influences of the thickness and the elastic modulus of the actuator and the adhesive are analyzed respectively.
