随着经济的发展、城市化的不断推进以及公众生活水平的提高,公众对城区环境要求也与日俱增。根据苏州市原沧浪区2004年至2013年环境信访数据统计,从信访规律、信访类型、信访方式三方面进行分析。研究结果表明,该区环境信访投诉数自2011年起有明显上升,6月达到峰值,次年2月到达谷底;以噪声和油烟类投诉为主;电话投诉居多,反映方式呈现多样化趋势。文末对做好环境信访工作提出对策建议。
With the development of economy, the advancement of urbanization and the improvement of life, the public require more of the urban environment. Based on the statistics of the environmental petition (2004-2013) in Canglang District of Suzhou, we analyzed the urban environmental complaints from the aspects of rules, types and manners. The results show that the number of environmental complaints has increased obviously since 2011 and come to the highest in June and to the lowest next February. Most of the comolaints were about noise and lampblack. The most popular way to complain was over the phone, though the ways to complain have become diversified. Finally, we put forward some countermeasures for the environmental complaints.
