采用阳极氧化法制备出二氧化钛纳米管阵列,通过光化学还原Ag+的方法,在二氧化钛纳米管表面负载了Ag纳米颗粒.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和表面光电压测量仪(SPS)对产物进行了表征.结果表明,该Ag/TiO2纳米管在可见光区域表现出较强的吸收性能.SPS测量表明,随着Ag颗粒浓度的增加,表面光电压信号明显增强.
Titanium dioxide nanotubes were prepared by anodization and modified with Ag nanoparticles through photochemical reduction of Ag+. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X- ray diffraction(XRD), UV-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS). The results exhibit that the Ag/TiO2 nanotubes show strong absorption in the visible region. And the SPS measurements show that with increasing concentration of AgNO3, the surface optical voltage signal enhance.
