采用Thermecmaster-Z热模拟试验机对Si含量为3%的Hi-B钢进行两道次压缩试验,通过分析不同实验条件下的应力-应变曲线和金相组织,研究了硅钢在热轧过程中的静态软化行为。结果表明:硅钢的组织主要是铁素体和少量的奥氏体。在变形后的保温过程中,一方面铁素体发生静态回复和静态再结晶以消除加工硬化;另一方面弥散分布的奥氏体对铁素体晶粒有钉扎作用以阻碍铁素体晶粒长大。
The two passes compression test for Hi-B steel containing 3%Si was carried out by using Thermecmaster-Z thermal-simulation machine. The static softening behavior of the silicon steel in hot rolling process was studied by analyzing stress-strain curves and the microstructure under different experimental conditions. The results show that the microstmcture of the silicon steel is mainly the ferrite and a small amount of austenite. In the process of heat preservation after deformation,on the one hand, the ferrite produces static recovery and static recrystaUization to eliminate work hardening; on the other hand, diffusing distribution of the austenite has pinning effect on ferrite grain to prevent ferrite grains growing up.
