粘结剂与牙本质间的界面是树脂修复体的薄弱环节,也是细菌侵袭修复体深部牙本质、引起继发龋的主要通道。因此,对粘结剂进行抗菌改性是提高树脂修复体寿命、改善治疗效果的重要策略。季铵盐类抗菌单体同时具有抗菌和聚合功能,利用其对粘结剂进行改性可在不影响材料本身理化性能的同时赋予其稳定的抗菌功能,是近年的研究热点。本文在文献回顾的基础上就季铵盐型抗菌单体及其在粘结剂中的应用研究进展作一综述。
The dentin-adhesive interface is the weak link in resin restorations.It is also the main route for bacterial invasion in the underlying dentin and the factor of secondary caries.Therefore,development of adhesives with antibacterial activities can be an effective strategy to improve the outcomes of resin restorations.Quaternary ammonium monomers,which have both antibacterial and polymerization functions,can provide adhesive with stable antibacterial activities without compromising their original mechanical properties,and therefore are intensely studied by researchers in recently years.This review will focus on the latest developments in quaternary ammonium monomers and their appli-cations in dental adhesives.
