目的:观察杨梅素与乙醇合用对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法将小鼠随机分成4组( n=8):杨梅素( Myri)组、乙醇( Etha)组、杨梅素+乙醇( Myri +Etha)组和生理盐水( NS)组。用醋酸扭体试验和热板试验观察杨梅素、乙醇有无镇痛作用及二药合用有无协同。结果在醋酸扭体试验中,Myri组、Etha组、Myri+Etha组扭体次数均减少,与Myri组、Etha组相比,Myri+Etha组扭体次数亦减少(P<0.05)。在热板试验中,与基础痛阈相比,Myri组、Etha组、Myri+Etha组痛阈均提高(P<0.05)。与Myri组、Etha组比较,Myri+Etha组痛阈提高(P<0.05)。结论杨梅素和乙醇有一定的镇痛作用,且杨梅素与乙醇合用能增强对小鼠的镇痛作用。
Objective To observe the analgesic effects of the combination of myricetin and ethanol on mice .Meth-ods The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8): a myricetin (Myri) group, an ethanol (Etha) group, a myricetin +ethanol (Myri +Etha) group and a normal saline (NS) group.Then, the analgesic effects of myricetin, ethanol or both on mice were observed by the acetic acid -induced writhing test and hot plate test .Results During the acetic acid-induced writhing test , all groups presented a decreased number of writhing , where the number of writhing was remarkably lower in Group Myri +Etha than those in other groups (P〈0.05).During the hot plate test, the threshold of pain were increased in all group , where markedly increases were observed in Group Myri +Etha than those in other groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion Both myricetin and ethanol shows analgesic effects , while the combination of myricetin and ethanol can result in enhanced analgesic effects on mice .
