采用熔盐法,合成片状α-Fe2O3粉体,并考察多个参数对样品的影响,通过TG-DTA曲线分析试样在加热过程中的吸热、放热及失重变化,运用图像分析仪、SEM、XRD等测试对样品α-Fe2O3粉体的形貌、晶体结构进行分析,探讨各因素对样品α-Fe2O3片形成性能和形貌的影响.结果表明:在相同工艺条件下熔盐选用硫酸复盐(Na2SO4+K2SO4)钠、钾盐摩尔比为1∶1.25时较利于片状样品的合成;烧结至1 150℃保温3 h的合成工艺制得的样品成片较好;同时,适量Al3+的加入可改变试样晶体结构、改善粉体形貌,且当Al3+含量为4%时,合成样品的晶粒大小适中且均匀性好,颜色鲜艳.
The sheet α-Fe2O3 powder was synthesized by molten salt method. The changes with endothermic, heat and mass loss of the sample during the heating process were analyzed by TG-DTA curve. The effects of these variables on the forming properties and morphology of α-Fe2O3 sample were studied. The results show that, under the same conditions the choice of sulfuric acid complex molten salt (Na2SO4+K2SO4) with 1:1.25 of sodium potassium ratio is favorable to synthesis for samples. The sample form sheet is better after sintering at 1 150 ℃ for 3 h. The right amount of additives Al3+ can change the crystal structure and improve the crystallization. While adding 4 % Al3+, the synthetic samples have moderate and uniformity flake size and bright color of the crystal particle.
