针对双激励电动机在振动筛中的同步驱动问题,在建立双电动机激励单质体非线性系统的动力学模型基础上,分析系统在锐共振(共振频率比z=0.95~1.05)情况下,双激振电动机作反向同步回转的振动同步性及同步稳定性,推导出双激振电动机在平衡奇点处的振动同步稳定性条件。通过数值仿真,在不同初始条件下对双激振电动机的同步性影响因素进行了讨论,对推导的同步稳定性条件的正确性进行了验证。研究结果为进一步开发高效的锐共振振动机械提供了理论支持和实验依据。
According to the synchronous driving problem of dual exciting motors in vibrating screen which was used in agricultures and industries, to establish the dynamic model of single--mass nonlinear system which was driven by dual exciting motors, the vibration synchronization and synchronous stability of dual exciting motors which were rotated in opposite directions had been researched by theoretical method, under system sharp resonance conditions (resonant frequency ratio z=0.95 - 1.05). And the necessary conditions of vibration synchronization stability were deduced while the dual exciting motors moving at the balance singular point. Using the numerical simulation, the influence factors of vibration synchronization for dual exciting motors were discussed under different initial conditions, and the validation of synchronous stability theory was investigated. This research provides the theoretical fundamental and test basis for further exploitation of efficient and energy--saving sharp resonance shaker .
