通过超声强化尾砂氨浸试验,探讨了超声波对尾砂中铜浸出率的影响关系,分析了超声对尾砂浸出的作用机理,提出了超声强化尾砂管道浸出技术。研究结果表明:超声强化技术能显著提高尾砂浸出速率和总浸出率;超声强化作用下形成的冲击波、微射流能创造新的活性表面,并能改善浸出“死区”内的传质效果,超声强化尾砂管道浸出技术综合管道输送尾砂时的搅拌作用和超声强化作用.有利于提高资源回收率.
On the basis of the ultrasonic strengthened ammonia leaching experiment of tailing, effects of ultrasonic on copper leaching rate in the tailing are studied. The mechanism of ultrasonic on the tailing leaching is analyzed and the leaching technique of tailing in pipe by ultrasonic strengthening is brought forward. The results show that ultrasonic technology can obviously improve leaching rate and total leaching rate of tailing. Impact waves and micro - jet streams formed in ultrasonic strengthening effect can create new active surfaces and improve mass transfer effect in leaching "dead zones". The leaching technique of ultrasonic strengthening tailing pipe combines agitation effect and ultrasonic strengthening effect during transportation of the tailing by pipe, which is helpful of improving resource recovery.
