不同植骨材料治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果观察

目的探讨不同植骨材料在治疗腰椎滑脱症中的应用效果。方法选取本院的96例腰椎滑脱症患者作为研究对象,按照椎间融合材料不同分成3组,各32例。A组使用自体骨,B组使用同种异体骨,C组使用BMP人工合成骨,比较3组的椎间隙高度、植骨融合率、神经功能。结果 A组和C组6、12个月后的椎间隙高度显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A组和C组12个月后的植骨融合率、神经功能改善总有效率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A组12个月后的植骨融合率、神经功能改善总有效率与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 BMP人工合成骨治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果和自体骨相当,值得临床推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the application effect of different bone graft materials in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 96 cases with lumbar spondylolisthesis in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups according to different materials of the cervical interbody fusion,32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with host bone,group B was treated with allograft bone and group C was treated with BMP artificial synthetic bone.The height of intervertebral space,bone graft fusion rate and nerve function of three groups was compared respectively. Results The height of intervertebral space in group A and group C after 6,12 months was higher than that in group B,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The fusion rates of bone graft,the total effective rate of the improvement of the nerve function in group A and group C after 12 months was higher than that in group B,with significant difference(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the fusion rates of bone graft,the total effective rate of the improvement of the nerve function between group A and group C(P 0.05). Conclusion Artificial bone and host bone in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis has the equivalent therapeutic effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
