后备保护动作切除1条过载线路可能引发连锁过载跳闸事故,应闭锁保护并采取措施消除过载。为此,结合叠加定理和比例分配原则提出了潮流跟踪新算法,并将其应用于线路过负荷紧急控制。首先用潮流跟踪算法计算每台发电机、每个负荷对各条线路的占用率,然后按比例切机、切负荷,从而在尽量少切负荷的情况下紧急消除过载,防止连锁过载跳闸事故的发生,并且保证不造成正常线路过载。该算法不需要进行反复迭代求解就能快速给出控制策略,保证了消除过载的快速有效性。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。
In view of the fact that switching-off an overloaded line by backup protection may cause cascading trip-outs of transmission lines operated in normal condition,thus during line overload the backup protection should be blocked and relevant measures should be adopted to eliminate the overload.Combining superposition theorem with the principle of proportional distribution,a kind of power flow tracing algorithm is proposed and applied in emergency control of line overload.Firstly,using the proposed algorithm,occupation coefficients of each line by each generator and each load are calculated;then under the premise of shedding load as few as possible the generator output reduction and load shedding are performed in proportion to fast eliminate the overload,thus the cascading trip-outs of transmission lines operated in normal condition due to the overload can be avoided and the normal operation of other lines can be ensured.Needing not repeated iteration,the emergency control strategy to eliminate overload can be rapidly given by the proposed algorithm.Feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system.
