通过盆栽试验,研究了施锰肥对小麦和燕麦不同品种苗期锰营养的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,施用锰肥显著提高了小麦和燕麦地上部的生物量、植物地上部锰浓度及吸锰量。从生物量上看,施锰对小麦的影响比燕麦大,川麦28尤为明显;从作物锰浓度和吸锰量上看,施锰对燕麦的影响比小麦大。无论施锰与否,燕麦地上部的吸锰量均显著高于小麦,且小麦、燕麦土壤DTPA—Mn含量无差异,这说明燕麦根系吸收活化锰的能力强于小麦。
The pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Mn fertilizer application on Mn nutrition of the seedlings of different wheat and cat cultivars. The results indicated that the biomass, Mn concentration, Mn uptake of wheat and oat shoot were significantly improved by application of Mn fertilizer as compared with the check. The effect of Mn fertilizer application on wheat biomass was obvious as compared with cat, especially Chuanmai 28, but Mn concentration and Mn uptake of oat shoot were mere markedly increased than those of wheat by application of Mn fertilizer. Whether Mn fertilizer was applied or not, Mn uptake of oat shoot was significantly increased than that of wheat. After wheat and oat were harvested, DTPA - Mn content in two types of soil was not significantly different.
