用DIL802高精度差分膨胀仪测量T91铁素体耐热钢马氏体转变过程中动力学信息,研究了预冷淬火温度(450~1100 ℃)对T91钢马氏体开始转变温度Ms的影响.结果表明,预冷淬火温度对T91钢的Ms有较大影响:随预冷淬火温度的提高Ms点首先呈上升趋势,并在950 ℃达到峰值,随后又下降.这种现象主要与"碳原子气团"和淬火空位的形成有关.
The effects of precool-quenching temperature (450 - 1100℃ ) on martensite transformation starting temperature Ms of 391 ferritic heat-resistant steels were studied by DIL805A/D high-resolution differential dilatometer. The martensite transformation kinetic information was obtained from the recorded dilatometric curves. The results show that the precool-quenching temperature has a significant effect on the Ms temperature. At first Ms increases with increasing the precool-quenching temperature and reach the maximum value at 950℃, and then drop with further increasing precoolquenching temperature. The phenomenon is explained by the formation of carbon atomic gas group and quenching vacancy.
