介绍了一种OLED点阵式图形显示模块在煤矿井下煤矸传感器设备中的应用。煤矸传感器采集煤矸石振动波信号并经DSP处理,将处理后的信号频率值及频谱分析信号在OLED屏显示出来。设计了基于TI TMS320VC5509A DSP芯片与OLED模块的集成控制器SSD1325之间的接口电路,实现了在OLED屏显示任意字符和频谱分析曲线。对于高速的数据采集与存储,给出了DMA方式的传输与乒乓缓冲机制的实现方法。实验证明,煤矸传感器系统实现了音频数据的高速采集与OLED的动态显示效果。
Based on the application of dot-matrix OLED displaying module in sensors underground coalmine, this paper expounds the design of interface between TI TMS320VC5509A DSP and SSD1325 controller integrated in OLED module. The coal and rock vibration signals sampled by sensor are processed to frequency and power spectrum which can be displayed on OLED. This paper also introduces the high-speed data transfer and memory by utilizing DMA and ping-pong butter. The experiment proves that the sensor realizes the high-speed sampling and the dynamic displaying of audio data.
