青岛市太原路固体废弃物中转站迁建工程是目前国内最大的生态型地下中转站,建于临海复杂地质条件下,其大体积混凝土结构施工中防裂控制技术是结构承载力、安全耐久和正常运行的重要保证。工程结合实际,对因温度应力及收缩应力引起裂缝问题的大体积混凝土结构做出系统的分析,从混凝土原材料、配合比、浇筑与养护、掺合料和外加剂以及掺加聚丙烯纤维等方面对大体积混凝土结构裂缝的控制做出总结。结果表明:合理选择原材料,科学优化配合比,采用分层浇筑,保温保湿养护,掺加适量的聚丙烯纤维等都能有效控制裂缝出现。最终制定出相应的技术措施,防止裂缝出现,提高结构耐久性能。该技术对同类结构施工具有借鉴意义。
The relocation project of Qingdao taiyuan road solid garbage transfer station is the maximum inland ecotype underground transfer station at present, which located in the complex geological condition near the coastal fly ash dredger fill area.The crack control technology during the mass underground concrete construction is the significant assurance of the load bearing capacity,safety,durability and normal operation of the relocation project.Combining with the reality, a systematic analysis has been made in this paper on mass concrete construction,which has problems due to temperature stress and shrinkage stress.And then,the control methods are summarized on cracks of mass concrete construction fi'om materials,mix proportion,pouring of concrete, curing,admixtures,polypropylene fibers and other aspects.The results show that,many methods can control cracks of mass concrete such as reasonable selection of raw materials,mix optimization,pouring of concrete layer,to keep warm and preserve moisture,mix polypropylene fibers and so on.Finally, the paper gives appropriate technology measures according to the results of these studies to control cracks appearances, enhance the concrete durability.The technology will provide with reference to the similar structure construction.
