目的建立骨碎补药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为骨碎补药材的质量控制提供可靠方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil^TMC18柱(200min×4.6mm,5um);流动相为乙腈-pH3.0冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;柱温为25℃;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为270nm。结果建立了骨碎补药材的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了8个共有峰。结论HPLC法可以作为控制骨碎补内在质量的方法之一。
Objective To develop a method of high performance liquid chromatography for the analysis of fingerprint of Rhizoma Drynariae. Methods The analysis was performed on DiamonsilTM C18 column(200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm), with a gradient acetonitrile-water (adjusted to pH 3.0 with acetic acid) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, and at a column temperature of 25 ℃. The UV detector was set at 270 nm. Results The fingerprint of Rhizoma Drynariae was established and eight common peaks were displayed in the fingerprint. Conclusions The method can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Drynariae.
