对于控制对象的参数跃变与漂移的极值调节控制系统,详细地分析了各类参数跃变与漂移对自适应动态寻优方法的影响以及相应的控制策略,理论分析表明:只要选择好一个合适的步进周期丁口,无论控制对象的参数怎么跃变与漂移,采用曾提出的简捷、高效、实用的自适应动态寻优方法都是可行的。这一方法最突出的优点就是对控制对象模型的先验知识要求的非常少,解决了以往的动态寻优方法在工业生产过程中必须准确地辨识极值调节控制对象线性部分的参数与阶数这一无法回避的难题,只需要知道控制对象的线性部分可以近似成为一个一阶惯性环节与一个纯时滞环节的串联或者一个二阶惯性环节与一个纯时滞环节的串联就够了。因此实际调试过程就会容易得多,在工业生产过程中实现起来也就会简便得多。
The effects on self-adaptive dynamic optimizing control system from step change and drift of each parameter and the related control methods are discussed in detail. Theoretical analysis shows that once a suitable step period is selected, the simple, convenient and practical self-adaptive dynamic optimizing method is feasible. The mothod solved the difficulties in practical industrial process by using the previous method. The problem is that accurate identification of the parameters and order of linear part in the extremum value control system is too difficult. The method in this paper only needs much less aprio- ri information concerning the control object. This new.method can automatically identify the parameters of control object, and adapt to the drift of the parameters. So it is very simple, convenient and practical in the real industrial process.
