载银沸石/PMMA抗菌复合义齿基托材料的研究

目的研发可以提高义齿基托的力学性能和赋予义齿基托抗菌性能的抗菌复合材料。方法利用偶联剂丙基三甲氧基硅烷对载银沸石抗菌剂进行了表面有机化处理,采用球磨法将改性的载银沸石抗菌剂和PMMA制备成复合母粒,MMA与母粒共聚制得复合抗菌义齿基托材料。结果对表面改性的载银沸石抗菌剂通过FT-IR、XRD分析,结果显示载银沸石抗菌剂表面经硅烷偶联剂修饰后其晶体结构没有改变;经扫描电镜观察,抗菌剂在材料中分散均匀;力学测试和抗菌实验表明,在义齿基托材料中抗菌剂添加量为2%~3%时,其力学性能最佳;而当添加量为5%时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌抗菌性强。结论研究表明该抗菌复合材料不仅可以提高义齿基托的力学性能,而且赋予义齿基托抗菌性能,在口腔修复中有良好的应用前景。

英文摘要:

Objective The study of antibacterial composite materials which can enhance the mechanical properties of the denture base and the denture base to give antibacterial properties. Methods Denture base Ag - carrying zeolite/ PMMA antibacterial composite materials were prepared by surface organic modification with trimethoxysilyl propyl silane coupling agent, followed by mixture the Ag - carrying zeolite antibacterial agent with PMMA using the process of ball milling. Results The results of FT - IR, XRD demonstrated that there was no variation on the crystal structure of Ag - carrying zeolite antibacterial agent after surface organic modification. By SEM observation, it is obvious that antibacterial agent is well - proportioned dispersed into pMMA. With adding 2 - 3% antibacterial agent to denture materials, the mechanics properties were improved remarkedly and the excellent antibacterial effect was also obtained. Conclusion Research shows that the antimierobial compound material can not only enhance the mechanical properties of the denture base, and given anti - bacterial properties of denture base, the Ag - carrying zeolite/PMMA antibacterial composite material has a bright application prospect.
