遮阴现象降低光伏发电系统发电效率,并且导致光伏模块产生热斑效应而缩短寿命。从光伏阵列结构布局出发,在光伏阵列宏观和微观结构布局2个层面上,研究了在遮阴影响下不同光伏阵列电气结构输出特性的变化情况。在此基础上,提出利用开关管与二极管电路连接光伏模块,实现小型光伏阵列的宏观与微观结构布局电气重构。在遮阴影响下,通过控制开关电路实现光伏阵列结构布局优化重构,从而得到最大输出功率,减弱遮阴影响。基于Matlab的仿真研究验证了小型光伏阵列在遮阴下的电气重构过程及其效果。
Shade reduces the efficiency of photovoltaic system and shortens the lifetime of photovohaic modules because of hot spot. For different electrical configurations of photovohaic array,the influence of shade on its output characteristics is researched in macro and micro layouts. The circuit composed of switch and diode is applied to connect photovohaic modules for the electrical reconfiguration of small-size photovoltaic array in macro and micro layouts. When photovoltaic array is partially shaded,its optimal layout is reconfigured by controlling the switches to achieve the maximum output power. Simulation based on Matlab is provided to verify the process and effect of photovohaic array electrical reconfiguration.
