以氢氧化钠为淋洗液,在CarhoPacPA10高容量阴离子交换柱上分离,脉冲安培检测了几种常见类型酱油中阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、木糖、果糖及蔗糖,其检出限(25μL进样,S/N=3)为2~8μg·L^-1。这六种糖均具有较宽的线性范围(0.02-30mg·L^-1),酱油测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.11%~4.10%之间,六种糖类的加标回收率在94.1%~103.8%之间。该方法检测糖具有简便快捷、分离效果好、无需衍生、灵敏度高等优势,适用于各种酱油中糖组分的分析。
A chromatographic method was developed for determination of arabinose, galactose, glucose, xylose,fructose and sucrose in soy sauce. These six carbohydrates can be separated well by CarboPac PA10 anion exchange column with sodium hydroxide elution. The detection limits of arabinose, galactose, glucose, xylose, fructose and sucrose (25 μL injection, S/N = 3) using Pulsed Amperometric Detection are 2 - 8 μg · L^-1. Moreover, all analytes have wide linearity range(0.02-30 mg/L), good relative standard deviation (0.11 %- 4.10%) and satisfying recovery(94.1%-103.8%). This method is quite suitable for the determination of carbohydrates in soy sauce for its simple, fast and good separating performance as well as high sensitivity. No derivation is needed in the process of determination.
