基于水上事故多发区的概念,借鉴道路交通黑点及现有水上黑点的研究理论,对水上交通黑点重新进行定义,并以凝聚型层次聚类算法与基于事故等级加权平均法建立水上交通黑点辨识模型.以长江张家港段2006—2011年上半年水上交通事故为例进行模型应用,研究该水域水上交通黑点的空间分布规律,共辨识出5处黑点,并得到5处黑点的边界及整治顺序.
Based on the concept of waterway accident-prone area,by drawing from the research theory of road traffic black-spot and waterway black-spot,the concept of waterway traffic black-spot was redefined,and the waterway traffic black-spot identification model was established by adopting agglomerative hierarchy clustering algorithm and the weighted average method of accident.Based on analysis of the accidents in Zhangjiagang waterways from January,2006 to June,2011,the regularity in spatial distribution of waterway traffic black-spot was studied,as result 5waterway traffic black-spots were identified,and the boundaries and the renovation orders of above 5black-spot were obtained.
