应用熵权、灰色关联分析和信息融合技术对水轮发电机组振动故障进行诊断。以水电机组振动信号的频域特征和时域振幅特征为诊断样本,使用基于熵权的灰色关联分析方法进行水电机组振动故障的初步诊断,然后应用证据融合理论对不同证据进行决策信息融合,从而得出最终的诊断结果。诊断实例表明,基于熵权的灰色关联分析和信息融合技术相结合的方法是有效的,适合于水电机组的振动故障诊断。
The vibration fault diagnosis of hydraulic generator units is researched using the entropy weight coefficient, grey incidence analysis and information fusion technology. The vibration spectrum characteristics and amplitude characteristics are considered as the fault diagnosis samples. An initial vibration fault diagnosis of hydraulic generator units is performed based on the grey incidence analysis and entropy weight coefficient. The final diagnosis results are deduced by fusing different pieces of evidence using the Dempster-Shafter theory. A diagnostic example demonstrates that the proposed method is a good candidate for use as an online diagnosing tool for hydraulic generator units.
