记忆应答是免疫系统的一个典型特征。虽然CD8+T记忆细胞的作用及其形成机制目前比较清楚,但是由于CD4+T细胞的异质性,使记忆CD4+T细胞与CD8+T记忆T细胞之间存在显著差异。CD4+T细胞新亚群——Th17细胞活化后,除了和CD8+T细胞一样会分化为记忆Th17细胞或者凋亡,还可以变成表达IFN-γ细胞或表达IL-10的抑制性Th17细胞或有直接被排到肠腔而被清除。本文对这些研究现状的形成机制最新研究进展进行综述和讨论。
Memory responses represent a defining feature of the immune system. It has been well elucidated for the biology and functions of CD8+T memory T cells to date, however, the biology of memory CD4+T cells is very different from CD8+T cells due to the apparent heterogenicity of CD4+T cells and thus remains to be clarified.Similar to CD8+T cells, the activated Th17 cells might undergo the apoptosis or convert to the memory cells.However, the activated Th17 cells could converted to IFN-γ-expressing T cells or IL-10-expressing Th17 cells, or be excluded into the gut lumen. In this review, we analyze and discuss the latest progress of the studies on the fate of activated Th17 cells.
