为了解天津北大港湿地摇蚊幼虫的群落结构以及与环境之间的关系,于2015年7月至2016年4月分四次对北大港湿地摇蚊幼虫群落进行了季度采样调查.共采集到摇蚊幼虫13种,隶属于3亚科11属.摇蚊幼虫的密度和生物量表现为冬季〉春季〉秋季〉夏季.毛尖小摇蚊(Microchironomus deribae)以及巴比雕翅摇蚊(Glyptotendipes barbipes)为该区域的优势种,且具有明显季节性.通过Shannon多样性指数和BI生物指数的计算方法对北大港湿地的水质情况进行了综合评估,结果表明该湿地的水质等级为中度污染.
To explore the correlation of Chironomids larvae's community structure and their liv- ing environment,the Chironomids larvae communities in Beidagang wetland were investigated from July,2015 to April,2016. Thirteen species of Chironomids which belonged to 11 genera and 3 subfamilies were identified. Cluster analysis showed that the densities of Chironomids larvae were as follows:winter〉spring〉autumn〉summer. Microchironomus deribae and Glyptotendipes barbipes are the dominant species. Moreover, the Chironomids larvae community in Beidagang wetland showed a seasonal pattern. Bioassessment of water quality using Shannon diversity index and Hilsenhoff biotic index indicated that the water quality of the wetland was moderately polluted, which has reached the level of eutrophication.
