采用AI改进模型测算创新要素集聚指数,对2004-2013年上海与南京两市的创新集聚效应进行了对比研究。结果显示:上海作为我国典型的创新型城市,高新技术产业、规模企业和研究机构的集聚都对地区专利申请量具有显著提升作用,且高新技术产业对创新活动具有增长极的辐射带动作用;而南京只有研究机构集聚对地区专利申请量有显著正向作用,研发人员和规模企业集聚则产生了非常明显的反作用。最后,针对研究结果给出了相关政策建议。
Based on the improved AI model to calculate the innovation agglomeration index,and then take a comparative innovation cluster effect of Nanjing and Shanghai in 2004-2013.The result shows:Shanghai as China's typical of innovative city,gathering of high-tech industries,scale enterprises and research institutions all have a significant positive impact on its patent applications,and the high-tech industries play the leading role of growth poles for innovation.But for Nanjing,only the gathering of research institutions has a significant positive impact on its patent applications,RD personnel and scale enterprises all have a significant negative impact on the patent applications.Finally,the relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
