类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种病因不明的慢性进行性多关节炎症为特征的全身性自身免疫性疾病,由于其机制目前尚未完全阐明,临床缺乏有效的治疗方法。骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在RA病人的关节液中明显升高,在自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。动物实验发现OPN基因缺陷小鼠具有明显的抵抗胶原诱发关节炎(col-lagen-induced arthritis,CIA)的能力。该文对OPN的研究新进展及其在类风湿性关节炎中的作用作一综述,以增进对OPN生物学功能及其病理作用的了解。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) characterized by multiple arthritis,is a chronic,progressive,systemic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology.Effective clinical treatment for RA is in lacking because its mechanism is elucidated incompletely.Recently,it has been confirmed that OPN play an important role in autoimmune diseases and OPN is significantly unregulated in the synovial fluid of RA patients.Animal experiments have also found that OPN-deficient mice are protected from collagen-induced arthritis(CIA).This article summarizes the research progress of OPN and its role in RA in order to further understand the biological and pathological function of OPN.
