建筑节能理念来源于社会实践活动，是建筑社会节能思想的重要组成部分之一，运用对建筑节能理论进行系统的归纳、总结以及研究，在建筑节能工程实践的基础上，科学地将建筑节能理念与建筑实际结合起来，分析了符合现代建筑节能实际情况，研究了具备科学性、可操作性等的新理念。从某种程度来说，全球可持续发展运动意味着理念的创新，建筑节能活动也包括在内。文章提出了新的建筑节能“泛广义建筑节能”的概念，从而在传统建筑节能技术和广义建筑节能的基础上，推进了现代建筑节能设计的新发展。

英文摘要：

The concept of building＇s energy saving comes from the social practice; it is one of the important components in building industry＇s energy-saving thoughts. Through the systematical summarizing, conclusion and research of building＇s energy saving theories; based on the engineering practice of building＇s energy saving projects; and combine building＇s energy saving theories and construction practice, this paper analyzes the actual situation of modem building＇s energy saving and studies the new concepts of scientificity and operability. To some extent, the global sustainable development movement means the idea of innovation, so building＇s energy saving activities are also included. This paper puts forward the concept of a new building energy saving concept, namely the ＂Pangeneralized Building Energy Saving＂, which promotes the new development of modem building energy saving design based on the traditional building energy saving technologies and generalized building energy saving.
