该文考虑了阻尼材料的频变特性,运用模态应变能法计算出了结构模态损耗因子,并通过有限元和边界元的数值算法计算辐射声功率,分析了敷设周期性开孔阻尼薄板结构的声辐射特性。数值计算结果表明,在中低频频段内,敷设周期开孔阻尼与全敷阻尼对抑制薄板声辐射的差别较小,且在某些频段内开孔阻尼抑制薄板声辐射的效果略优;证明了周期性开孔阻尼对抑制薄板声辐射存在最优的开孔率和开孔形状;优化了阻尼材料尺寸,减少了阻尼材料的使用。
In this paper, considering damping material changes with frequency, the modal loss factors was calcu- lated by using modal strain energy method, and the radiated sound power was calculated by the finite element and boundary element numerical algorithm, the acoustic radiation characteristics of plate by laying periodic perforated damping structure were analyzed. The results show that the low-frequency band, laying period perforated and all damping is smaller difference on inhibition of plate acoustic radiation, and in some bands perforated damping effect of suppressing plate acoustic radiation little better; periodic holes proved sound radiation damping plate exists for optimal porosity and the shape of the opening; optimizing the damping material size, reducing the use of damping material.
