采用3个废旧胶粉掺量(10%,15%和20%)、4个反应时间(15,60,120 min和240 min)、3个搅拌速率(1 000,2 000,3 000 r/min)和3个反应温度(160,190℃和220℃)等不同工艺参数制备橡胶沥青。同时,检测所制备橡胶沥青的黏度、失效温度、车辙因子并计算复数模量指数。在此基础上,探讨了反应温度、胶粉掺量和搅拌速率对橡胶沥青关键指标-黏度的影响规律和机理。利用逼近理想点排序法(TOPSIS)对橡胶沥青的路用性能进行综合评价,以评价结果优选橡胶沥青制备方案。结果表明:TOPSIS法运用于橡胶沥青路用性能多指标评价时能够获得较好的结果;橡胶沥青生产工艺参数中的反应时间与生产温度存在交互影响;推荐的最优制备工艺参数为:反应温度190℃、胶粉掺量20%、搅拌速率2 000 r/min、反应时间60 min。
The modified asphalts are produced using different process parameters,i.e.,3 crumb rubber dosages(10%,15%,20%),4 reaction time(15,60,120,240 min),3 stirring rates(1 000,2 000,3 000 r/min) and 3 reaction temperature(160,190,220 ℃) etc.At the same time,the viscosity,failure temperature and rutting factors of the modified asphalts are tested and the complex modulus indexes are calculated.Based on this,the influence law and mechanism of reaction temperature,crumb rubber dosage and stirring rate on the key index-viscosity of the crumb rubber modified asphalt are discussed.The road performances of crumb rubber modified asphalts are comprehensively evaluated using the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),and the optimization scheme for preparation of the asphalt rubber is recommended.The result shows that(1) the TOPSIS is suitable to obtain good evaluation result of crumb rubber modified asphalt;(2) there is interactive influence between reaction time and production temperature in production process parameters of the asphalt rubber;(3) the recommendoptimal production process parameters are that the reaction temperature is 190 ℃,the crumb rubber content is 20%,the stirring rate is 2 000 r/min,and the reaction time is 60 min.
