本文从二元性视角切入,对团队创新相关研究的进展进行了系统的梳理和述评。文章首先阐述了团队层面二元性的概念,强调了情境二元性对于团队创新的重要性,并指出了现有的团队创新研究在这方面的局限;然后在二元性视角下回顾了近十年来的团队创新研究,并对现有研究结果进行了重新解读;最后在前人研究的基础上,结合二元性的理论内涵,对未来的团队创新研究进行了展望。
This paper systematically reviews team innovation research from the ambidex- terity perspective. It first elaborates the concept of ambidexterity at team level, places em- phasis on the importance of contextual ambidexterity to team innovation, and points out the limitations of existing team innovation research. Then it reviews team innovation research in recent ten years from the ambidexterity perspective and re-explains current literature. At last, based on previous research, it prospects future team innovation research by combining theoretical connotation of ambidexterity.
