Design scheme and preliminary test results of Data Acquisition (DAQ) system of principle prototype with super wide Field-of-View (FoV) Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescope were introduced. The Cherenkov Telescope principle prototype uses classical NIM ((Nuclear Instrumentation Module) combined withparallel array form of SCD (Switched Capacitor Digitizer). The DAQ system has advantages of high sensitivity, low noise, fast triggering (〈30ns), and high-speed storage. The preliminary test resuhs we measured at the Yangbajing station in Tibet showed the DAQ system successfully detected the cosmic rays at this station, and which proved that our designed telescope and scintillator array fulfilled the requirement for detecting cosmic rays.
