miRNAs是一类内源性的、非编码蛋白的、长度约为21~23碱基的单链RNA.它们是生物体中一类重要的调控因子,广泛参与多种生物学活动,包括细胞增殖分化和凋亡、个体发育和肿瘤发生等.miRl5a通过与其靶基因mRNA的3’UTR互补结合而调控靶蛋白的表达.通过对人源性miRl5a靶蛋白依赖性的功能研究进展予以综述.以期对miRl5a功能和相对应的生物学机制的进一步研究提供基础.
miRNAs are a set of endogenous single-strand RNAs, which are non-protein-coding and about 21 to 23 nt in length. As a kind of vital modulators in organism, they participate in many biological activities, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, ontogenesis, tumorigenesis and so on. miR15a modu- lates the expression pattern of target genes through complementary binding to their 3' UTR. It is the review that focuses on targeting protein-dependent functional research process of hsa-miR15a and wishes to provide a basis for further studies on the functions and the regulated mechanisms of miR15a.
