针对永磁直线电机参数变化和外部扰动对伺服性能的影响,提出自适应变结构直接推力速度控制设计方法。由推力、磁链误差的积分函数建立滑模面,实际应用中存在的参数变化及负载扰动等不确定因素由自适应率修正。经分析验证,与经典直接推力控制相比,自适应变结构直接推力速度控制算法明显减少了由于系统参数变化和外部扰动引起的速度的推力脉动,能快速准确地跟踪给定指令,在保证系统稳定情况下增强了鲁棒性。
In view of the influence of servo performance for permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM)drive system with parameter variations and external force disturbance,the project of adaptive variable structure direct thrust speed control was proposed. The sliding mode surfaces are constructed through the integral functions of systcem thrust and flux linkage errors of PMLSM, and an adaptive law was designed to revise the uncertainties with parameter variations and exterpal force disturbances for PMLSM drive in practical application. The proposed algorithm is verified by simulation. Comparing with traditional thrust control of PMLSM drive,the proposed algorithm is valid to reduce evidently thrust and speed ripples, and rapidly track the command with respect to the uncertainties for PMLSM drive. The stability of control system is ensured and robustness is improved.
