针对煤层底板岩体注浆改造工程施工过程中浆液对导水构造封堵不充分、改造效果不彻底等问题,在理论分析基础上,引用工程案例提出了均匀布孔全面注浆、突出重点加密注浆、量化检验补充注浆的三阶段渐进式注浆技术和动态分析、实时反馈、不断优化的工艺流程。
This paper analyzes the problem that portland cement can not sufficiently block geological structure which leads groundwater to coal seam. Three-stage progressive grouting reconstruction technology is introduced to improve the construction effects. First, evenly distribute and comprehensively grout the boreholes. Second,increase the grouting intensity of the key boreholes. Third, quantify the capacity of the grouting boreholes and supplement the grouting. In addition, this paper presents the dynamic analysis and real-time feedback methods to continuously optimize the process.
