目的针对小型动物建立一种简单易行，稳定性好，成功率高的脑脊液抽取方法。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分成4组，其中1组采用本实验室改良的直视下划破硬脊膜抽取大鼠脑脊液法，其他3组分别采用目前常用的3种大鼠脑脊液采集方法，比较4种方法的抽取成功率。结果该改良法的成功率明显高于其他3种方法，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论该改良法简单方便、安全高效，对手术人员要求低。

英文摘要：

Objective To establish a simple method for cerebrospinal fluid extraction in small animals, with good stability and high success rate. Methods Fourty sprague dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups. A modified method was applied to extract cerebrospinal fluid in one group in which spinal dura mater was gashed under direct vision,then spinal fluid was extracted. The other groups used currently common collction methods, the success rates of four methods were compared. Results The success rate of modified method was much higher than the other three methods,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The modified method is simple, convenient, safe and efficient, with low surgical operative requirements.
